Hemingway Village is a neighborhood of 415 homes, with the main entrance off Coffman Road just North of Dublin Coffman High School. The development was created in 1983 with building started in 1984. The development was created in 5 different phases until it was completed in 1989.
Hemingway Village children attend Scottish Corners Elementary, Karrer Middle and Coffman High Schools.
Hemingway Village is not governed by a Home Owners Association but instead has a voluntary Homeowners Civic Association that maintains the established Constitution and bylaws, maintains Association records and coordinates a variety of member activities to promote community involvement.
